We currently work with four breeds of chicken - Dorking, Welsumer, Minorca and Lakenvelder - as well as some very unusual non-standardized south american birds. We chose our breeds carefully to offer a range of egg colour, size and temperament. All are very, very rare in Canada or even all of North America.
